My company was founded on the principal of making sure our clients were satisfied with our work. When we are given the responsibility of repairing or working on your home, we don’t take the task lightly. We are your partner 100% of the way.
I bring more than 35 years experience in construction & building, home inspection, building & site design, remodel & repair, computer expertise and business administration. I have built houses and cabins from foundation to roof top. I have remodeled & repaired homes, built decks and fences, replaced doors & windows, worked on site issues, drainage & septic systems, and have experience with rural requirements as well. I also has extensive knowledge in pest & rot repair and prevention. In addition, I am knowledgeable in green building and energy efficient design.
Much of the work I do are specialty projects such as small houses, cabins, cottages and workshops, deck repair and construction, and interior/exterior painting. I also do remodeling work and replacing or adding windows or doors. I am open to other projects if they come my way. Please feel free to ask me about your needs.
I work many small projects by myself and with one or two other workers. When I do larger projects, I use only small crews and quality sub-contractors in all projects. All jobs are supervised and approved by myself and you, my customer. I work hard with each client to make sure they are well informed and are part of the decision making team. Rural and city jobs are accepted. We can take on projects of any size, from small handyman repair jobs to whole house construction.
I will consider any job regardless of the location or size. I am skilled in site design and working with the county and state to make your project successful.
